Simple Hummus
- 1 15-ounce can chickpeas, rinsed
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 cup cup olive oil, plus more for serving
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp tahini (sesame seed paste; optional)
- Salt to taste
- Fresh red pepper cut into tiny pieces and mixed in
- Blend all of the ingredients together in a food processor and voila!
